There are always those little things you forget when developing projects. This is a simple list of some of those things.
IE8 and nth-child
Not only does IE8 not support
nth-child, it also hates it. Simply put, if you are trying to apply a style to an object in the UI and there is a
nth-child selector is the selector, IE8 will ignore all the style rules.
So, when you see your style not being applied to the selector in the DOM in IE8 and you say to yourself, "this should work?" , inspect and see if you are using a
nth-child selector before you google any other options.
